Changes to Requesting Repeat Prescription

Please request repeat prescriptions through NHS App or Patient access. Surgery will no longer accept paper prescription requests from April 2025.

NHS App notifications will save the surgery expenses on text messages.

Recieve messages from your surgery in your NHS App, instead of by SMS text or letter.

Registration of new patients

We are using a new online service to register new patient.

New patients just need to fill in an online form to get started. They do not need proof of address or immigration status, ID or an NHS number. The service is designed and run by the NHS. It aims to cut practices’ workloads and make GP registration easier for the public.

Paper forms are available for people who need them.

Mobile phone boot camps

The mobile phone boot camps is a fun, informal way of learning useful and practical things with your mobile phone in small group.

It will be held 1:30pm at the Oasis Hub Waterloo on Friday 28 March 2025 and Friday 11 April 2025

Pharmacy First

Pharmacists can now treat the following conditions without needing to see your GP.

Physiotherapy app GetUBetter

Physiotherapy app (getUBetter) is provided free of charge for patients registered at Forest Hill Road Group Practice. It can be accessed on a Smartphone or on the Web and guides you day-by-day through a sequence of exercises and tips to help you recover from a range of new or recurrent musculoskeletal conditions: Lower back pain, Back and leg pain, Neck Pain, Shoulder Pain, Ankle Pain, Knee Pain, Soft Tissue Lower Limb Pain, Hip Pain.

You will be referred to the app by one of our GPs or Physios, or you can self-refer by visiting the physiotherapy panel our appointments page.

  • Self-Referrals - No GP referrals required! Simply call or book online
  • Be seen within 7 days. Appointments are available at your nearest branch.

Sickle cell psychology workshops

Join our sickle cell specialist psychologists at online lunchtime sessions for adults who have sickle cell, sharing ideas and strategies for coping with psychological impact of living with sickle cell.

How to register

These events are open to people who have sickle cell, are aged 18 and over, and living in one of the boroughs: Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham and southwark
