I just had a very positive interaction with the surgery. I provided symptoms by eConsult last night, was contacted today by a Doctor via text who gave me a diagnosis and left a blood form for me at reception and had sent my prescription to be filled at the pharmacy across the road. I just popped down to pick up the blood form and get my prescription. The receptionist was lovely and friendly there was no queue and everything was really quick. I've not needed to go to the GP for ages and of course everything has changed with COVID but I was really impressed with this service, how things were linked up and how easy it was for me to have my issue addressed. A big Thank You to Forest Hill Road group practice.

The Doctor (Dr Ruth Harrison) made a quick diagnosis and recommendations regarding my shoulder situation, arranged for the referral letter very promptly and then followed up once she had received the results. In addition, she also recommended me to the Kings Musculo-skeletal team for a doctor's second opinion regarding whether I needed a steroid injection. This consultation has also taken place last week. All very well managed remotely. Thankyou.

Brilliant services from Dr Tala Tavakkoli over the last few days, from Forest Hill Surgery who has been very helpful in organising a video call to the minor eye clinic at Kings, on my behalf and even checked to see if they had called.
First class professional services.
