Some services we provide are non-NHS and can only be provided privately. These incur a charge in line with recommended BMA rates.
Such services include the following:
- Access to records under the Data Protection Act
- copying notes and reports
- elderly driver fitness
- seat belt exemption
- fitness to attend school
- HGV,PSV, taxi driver and sports medicals
- holiday cancellation
- pre-employment medical
- private prescription for drugs
- private sick note
- provident or insurance claim
- sickness/accident certificate without examination.
